刘永欣，内蒙古呼伦贝尔人，中国摄影家协会会员，内蒙古摄影家协会名誉主席。1976年毕业于北京大学哲学系，先后在铁路、电信、对外贸易、共青团、组织、宣传、党校、地方党委、政府、内蒙古自治区广播影视部门工作过。这些工作经历对他摄影有很大帮助，并最终使他进入这个领域。摄影是他最喜欢的业余爱好，他摄影的历史约10年，但入门是近几年的事，少有作品参展、获奖。但他做事十分执著，相信他今后能够拍出更多更好的作品，以奉献给广大读者。

Liu Yongxin, born in Hulunbeir, Inner Mongolia, is a member of China Photographers Association and honorary chairman of Inner Mongolia Photographers Association. After he graduated from Depart-ment of Philosophy at Peking University in 1976, Mr. Liu worked successively in the fields such as rail-way, telecommunications, foreign trade, the Communist Youth League, organization department, public-ity department, party school, local party committee, local government, radio and television departments in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. These work experiences are of great help to his photography, and eventually led him into the photography field. Photography is his favorite hobby, and he has dabbled in photography for about ten years, but it is over recent years that he began to devote more energy into photography, with a few works displaying on the exhibitions and winning awards. Mr. Liu persists in doing things. We believe that he will shoot more superior works and dedicate them to general readers.
