On the Implementation of Labor Contract Law(2013 Amendment): On the Coming Long Road Under the Heavy Burden

Abstract: Labor Contract Law(2013 Amendment)is into force since July 1st2013. However, its implementation fully is still to shoulder heavy responsibilities. Especially in the matter of labor dispatching, it failed to settle or remove the conflict between clauses related, the difficulty to keep the promise of equal pay for equal work, and conflict between the mandatory of the amount control and autonomy in management in this Amendment. The problems of Labor outsourcing, open-term labor contract, interference of the administrative agencies are all new unexplored territory.
