江南一品H12户型，按每层约400平方米进行单层独立式设计，在室内布局上秉承一般别墅都具有的功能规划。整体外观似乎与一般性高层公寓住宅无异，但一户一层、各自独立的设计构想恰如其分地满足了业主奢华而不夸耀、隐逸而不张扬的心理追求。在室内设计上，将六分贵气、三分静气、一分清气融为一体，体现了美式风格低调奢华的理念。

大量米黄色大理石和金黄色石材的运用，奠定了整部作品富丽堂皇的基调。玄关的凹形石材立面造型、大理石地面拼花，走廊的四根罗马式柱、背景立面的石材边框等无不在步入客厅的第一时间让你感知一种庄严大气。沙发、茶几、衣柜、床、书柜、书桌等多采用美式风格，用料考究，注重细节。局部以花纹雕刻点缀，以褐色、红橡木原色为基本色。各类水晶吊灯的运用，与整体风格浑然一体，更显璀璨炫目。而独居客厅一隅的老式留声机，默默无声地将一种遥远的品位感、历史积淀感缓缓吐露，更是一种身份地位的象征。

有才而性缓定属大才，有智而气和斯为大智。做奢华易，做奢华而不张扬难。如何将奢华做到低调而沉稳，就需要在“性缓”和“气和”上下功夫。整部作品强调色彩的和谐与呼应，如客厅镶嵌金边的天花与地板石材色的呼应，壁炉上方香槟金色的圆镜与家具色彩的呼应，均从细节处实现了一种协调统一。在各种家具和装饰的摆设上，注重从不同角度和侧面去诠释主题，避免堆砌和冲突，在和谐的氛围中将三分静气展现无遗。

为实现沉稳而不沉闷，就需要有一分清丽之气来衬托。从设计上来看，设计师采用少量绿色大叶植物装点各个空间，给室内增添几分自然和活力；采用局部的跳色，使色彩不过于单调，如客厅壁炉使用白色大理石和黑白花纹拼花，旁边的两把椅子则使用黑白条纹坐垫与之呼应，使人眼前一亮而不觉突兀；男女儿童房则依据需要使用“性格色彩”装饰，使整体风格不失自由、各取所需；书房内陈设简易高尔夫场地，使学习与运动两不误；观景露台能充分利用空间，使用大量绿色植物盆景，摆设咖啡桌椅，实为亲近自然、午后小憩的人工氧吧。

大音稀声，大隐于市，隐“墅”无形，江南一品H12单梯单户平层户型设计，从一定程度上将出世与入世的哲学思想做到了有机统一。

 

H12 unit of Jiangnan Yipin is designed as about 400 square meters for each single floor, the interior layout of the villas has a general function of planning. The overall appearance is almost the same as general apartments, but every apartment is of independent design, which appropriately meets the owner's pursuit of low key luxury life style. The interior design is combined of six richness, three quietness, and one freshness, all of which reflect the concept of American-style low-key luxury.

A lot of beige marble and gold stone make the whole design a magnificent style. The concave shape of the stone facade at the entrance, the marble parquet, the four Roman pillars in the corridor, and stone frame of the background facade, etc., all of which create solemn atmosphere when people enter the living room the first time. Sofa, teapoy, wardrobe, bed, bookcase, desk, etc. are all in American-style with refined materials and detail oriented, decorated with carved patterns for some details with brown, red oak as the basic colors. The use of various types of crystal chandeliers matches with the overall style perfectly, very gorgeous. The old-fashioned phonograph in the corner of living room reveals the history of accumulation in a silent way, displays a distant sense of taste, sense of slowness, but also a symbol of social status.

Gifted with great temper is talent, wisdom with mild temper is wise. It's easy to be luxurious, but it's hard to be so without publicity. To achieve low-key luxury you need to work on “great temper” and “mild temper”. The whole works emphasizes the harmony and match of colors, such as the living room ceiling and the floor mosaic stone color echoes, champagne golden round mirror above the fireplace and furniture color echoes, which reveals the consistence of the details. The layout of different furniture and decorative furnishings focuses on the interpretation of the theme in different ways, avoids piling up and conflicts, but displays the quietness in a harmonious atmosphere.

To achieve calm but not boring effect, you need to have some elegant flavor embedded. From the design point of view, the designer uses a small amount of green leaf plants to decorate each room, thus adding a bit of nature and vitality; The use of partial jumpy color makes the overall tone not monotonous, such as in the living room fireplace with white marble and black and white pattern parquet echoes to the two chairs with black and white striped cushion, which is definitely a highlight but not too loud. The baby boy's and girl's rooms are designed based on “personality color” decoration, which makes the overall style free and practical; A simple golf course is set in study, so it makes learning and fun together; viewing terrace takes full advantage of space - uses a lot of potted green plants, decorative coffee tables and chairs, in fact all of them make people close to nature and people can enjoy the afternoon nap in this artificial oxygen bar.

Great sound is soundless; great is hidden in the city. Hidden "villa" in a city is just as Jiangnan Yipin H12 single drawer units, which unifies philosophy and living style perfectly together.
