Steven is so worried about his job that he feels very tired. He thinks he is ill, so he goes to see the doctor.

Steven：I'm very worried, doctor. I'm afraid that I'm very ill.

Doctor：Why do you think so?

Steven：Because I feel tired all the time, even when I wake up in the morning. I find it very difficult to do any work. I have no appetite.

Doctor：Well, there's nothing wrong with you. You're working too hard and worrying too much.
