5 Clinical Classifications
According to whether with clinical symptoms or pneumonia, the severity of pneumonia, whether with respiratory failure or shock, and whether with other organs failure, cases are divided into mild cases(clinical symptoms are mild, and no pneumonia can be found in imaging); ordinary cases(with symptoms like fever and respiratory tract, etc. and pneumonia manifestation can be seen in imaging); severe cases(respiratory distress,RR a 30 breaths/min; oxygen saturation ≤93% at a rest state; arterial partial pressure of oxygen(PaO2)/oxygen concentration(FiO2)≤300 mmHg);and critical cases(respiratory failure occurs and mechanical ventilation is required; shock occurs; complicated with other organ failure that requires monitoring and treatment in ICU).
