Mechanical Engineering

Mechanical Engineering is closely related to the development of the national economy. It provides mechanical equipment and electrical equipment for all walks of life, known as the “Equipment Department of the national economy”. It not only strengthens the application of basic knowledge on Mathematics and Mechanics, but also bases on the design, processing and manufacturing of mechanical structures, and integrates automatic control technology, information technology, computer technology, art and so on. It studies and solves the theoretical and practical problems in the development, design, manufacture, installation, application and maintenance of various machinery. At the same time, the development of many industries is inseparable from the technical support of Mechanical Engineering, such as aerospace, construction machinery, agricultural machinery and so on.

Mechanical Engineering includes majors such as CNC Technology, Industrial Process Automation Technology, Industrial Design, Mechatronics, Mechanical Design and Manufacture, Automobile Maintenance, etc.

Employment: Mechanical Engineering is a major discipline in Engineering. As long as we use equipment and production lines, we need mechanical engineering knowledge. In addition to teaching and marketing, positions such as production directors, logistics management, equipment management, quality management, project management, mechanical product development, automobile industry, mold design and manufacturing, CNC engineers are available to Mechanical Engineering majors. They can also engage in highly skilled posts (such as equipment maintenance, CNC maintenance, environmental protection equipment design, etc.).

“Mechatronics” is a term coined by the Japanese to describe the integration of mechanical and electronic engineering. The concept may seem to be anything but new, since we can look around us and see a myriad of products that utilize both mechanical and electronic disciplines. Mechatronics, however, specially refers to a multidiscipline, integrated approach to product and manufacturing system design. It represents the next generation of machines, robots, and smart mechanisms necessary for carrying out work in a variety of environments—primarily, factory automation, office automation, and home automation.
