1.O give thanks unto the Lord; call upon his name; make known his deeds among the people.Sing unto him; sing psalms unto him; talk ye of all his wondrous works.Glory ye in his holy name; let the heart of them rejoice that seek the Lord.Remember his marvelous^[1] works that he hath done; his wonders, and the judgments of his mouth.

2.O Lord, our Lord, how excellent is thy name in all the earth! who hast set thy glory above the heavens.When I consider thy heavens, the work of thy fi ngers; the moon and the stars which thou hast ordained^[2]; what is man, that thou art mindful of him? and the son of man, that thou visitest him? For thou hast made him a little lower than the angels, and hast crowned him with glory and honor.Thou madest him to have dominion^[3] over the work of thy hands; thou hast put all things under his feet.O Lord, our Lord, how excellent is thy name in all the earth!

3.I will say of the Lord, He is my refuge and my fortress, my God; in him will I trust.Because he hath set his love upon me, therefore will I deliver him: I will set him on high, because he hath known my name.He shall call upon me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him, and honor him.With long life will I satisfy him, and show him my salvation.

4.O come, let us sing unto the Lord, let us heartily rejoice in the strength of our salvation.Let us come before his presence with thanksgiving, and show ourselves glad in him with psalms.For the Lord is a great God, and a great King above all gods.O worship the Lord in the beauty of holiness; let the whole earth stand in awe of him.For he cometh, for he cometh, to judge the earth; and with righteousness to judge the world, and the people with his truth.

5.Oh that men would praise the Lord’ for his goodness, and for his wonderful works to the children of men! They that go down to the sea in ships, that do business in great waters; these see the works of the Lord, and his wonders in the deep.For he commandeth, and raiseth the stormy wind, which lifteth up the waves thereof.They mount up to the heaven; they go down again to the depths; their soul is melted because of trouble; they reel to and fro, and stagger like a drunken man, and are at their wit’s end.Then they cry unto the Lord in their trouble, and he bringeth them out of their distresses.He maketh the storm a calm, so that the waves thereof are still.Then are they glad because they be quiet; so he bringeth them unto their desired haven^[4].Oh that men would praise the Lord for his goodness, and for his wonderful works to the children of men!

6.The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.He maketh me to lie down in green pastures; he leadeth me beside the still waters.He restoreth my soul; he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name’s sake.Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; for thou art with me: thy rod and thy staff , they comfort me.Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies; thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.Surely, goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life; and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever.

【中文阅读】

1.你们要称谢耶和华，求告他的名，在万民中传扬他的作为。要向他唱诗歌颂，谈论他一切奇妙的作为。要以他的圣名夸耀。寻求耶和华的人，心中应当欢喜。他仆人亚伯拉罕的后裔，他所拣选雅各的子孙哪，你们要记念他奇妙的作为和他的奇事，并他口中的判语。

2.耶和华，我们的主啊，你的名在全地何其美。你将你的荣耀彰显于天。我观看你指头所造的天，并你所陈设的月亮星宿，便说，人算什么，你竟顾念他？世人算什么，你竟眷顾他？你叫他比天使微小一点，并赐他荣耀尊贵为冠冕。你派他管理你手所造的，使万物，就是一切的牛羊，田野的兽，空中的鸟，海里的鱼，凡经行海道的，都服在他的脚下。耶和华，我们的主，你的名在全地何其美。

3.我要论到耶和华说，他是我的避难所，是我的山寨，是我的神，是我所倚靠的。神说，因为他专心爱我，我就要搭救他。因为他知道我的名，我要把他安置在高处。他若求告我，我就应允他。他在急难中，我要与他同在。我要搭救他，使他尊贵。我要使他足享长寿，将我的救恩显明给他。

4.来吧，我们要向耶和华歌唱，因被救赎而满心欢欣，我们要来感谢他，用诗歌表达我们的欢喜，因耶和华为大神，为大王，超乎万神之上。当以圣洁的妆饰或作为，敬拜耶和华；让这世界敬靠在他脚下。因为他来了。他来要审判全地。他要按公义审判世界，按他的信实审判万民。

5.但愿人因耶和华的慈爱，和他向人所行的奇事都称赞他。在海上坐船，在大水中经理事务的。他们看见耶和华的作为，并他在深水中的奇事。因他一吩咐，狂风就起来，海中的波浪也扬起。他们上到天空，下到海底，他们的心因患难便消化。他们摇摇晃晃，东倒西歪，好像醉酒的人，他们的智慧无法可施。于是，他们在苦难中哀求耶和华，他从他们的祸患中领出他们来。他使狂风止息，波浪就平静。他就领他们到所愿去的港口。但愿人们因耶和华的慈爱，和他向人所行的奇事都称赞他。

6.耶和华是我的牧者，我必不至缺乏。他使我躺卧在青草地上，领我在可安歇的水边。他使我的灵魂苏醒，为自己的名引导我走义路。我虽然行过死荫的幽谷，也不怕遭害。因为你与我同在。你的杖，你的竿，都安慰我。在我敌人面前，你为我摆设筵席。你用油膏了我的头，使我的福杯满溢。我一生一世必有恩惠慈爱随着我，我且要住在耶和华的殿中，直到永远。
