3.3　Anchor Bolt

Ⅰ　Dominant Item

3.3.1　Specification of anchor bolt and tightening must meet requirements in design technical document.Check quantity:spot check 20%，and minimum 4 pieces.

Inspection method:to check quality certificates and tightening records，to take measurement by a tape，to check by hammering a nut.

Ⅱ　General Item

3.3.2　Oil stain and scale on anchor bolts shall be cleared up，appropriate grease shall be applied on threads.

Check quantity:to c heck all.

Inspection method:inspection.

3.3.3　An anchor bolt shall be installed vertically in a preset hole；distance from its surface to wall of the hole shall be more than 15mm，and it shall not touch the bottom of hole.
