4.2　Inspection and Acceptance of Equipment and Materials

4.2.1　The model，specifications and quantity of equipment shall meet the requirements of design.

Number of examination:All the items are examined.

Method of inspection:Examine the quality certificate document of equipment，and carry out the examination by observation.

4.2.2　When the material enters into the site，the materials shall be inspected，and the model，specifications and quantity shall meet the requirements of design and the inspection record shall be kept.

Number of examination:All the items in the quality certificate document are examined，and make spot checks of 1% of material articles，and the number is not less than 5 pieces.If the design document requires the reinspection，it is necessary to carry out the reinspection according to the specifications.

Method of inspection:Examine the quality certificate document，reinspection report and acceptance record，and carry out the appearance examination or actual measurement.
