5.7　Installation of Center Hole Drilling Machine

5.7.1　Before the adjustment，it is necessary to clean the anti-corrosive grease on the surface of guide rail.

5.7.2　It is suitable to firstly install the main machine of center hole drilling machine，and then install the feeding frame.

5.7.3　When adjusting the elevation，the surface of guide rail of machine body shall be taken as the datum point.

5.7.4　When adjusting the longitudinal and lateral centers，the center of machine body shall be taken as the datum point.

5.7.5　When adjusting the levelness，the surface of guide rail of machine body shall be taken as the datum point.

5.7.6　It is necessary to adopt the special tool and water level gage to examine the levelness of guide rail.
