6.1　Installation of Base

6.1.1　Before installing the base，it is necessary to carry out the examination and acceptance of foundation according to the requirements of 3.2 of this code.

6.1.2　The rust preventive oil and greasy dirt on the bottom surface of base shall be cleared away before the installation.

6.1.3　When adjusting the elevation，the upper plane of base shall be taken as the datum point.

6.1.4　When adjusting the longitudinal and lateral centers，the central line of foundation shall be taken as the datum point.

6.1.5　The levelness of split-type base shall be adjusted in the longitudinal and lateral and diagonal line directions.

6.1.6　It is suitable to adopt the hydraulic spanner to tighten the anchor bolt.
