6.6　Inspection and Acceptance of Upsetting Beam/Piercing Beam

Ⅰ　General Items

6.6.1　The fit clearance between the guide sleeve of upsetting beam/piercing beam and the guide rail of column of machine frame shall meet the specifications of design document.

Number of examination:All the items are examined.

Method of inspection:Use the feeler gauge to examine.

6.6.2　The permissible variation of installation of upsetting beam/piercing beam shall meet the specifications of Table 6.6.2.

Number of examination:All the items are examined.

Method of inspection:It is necessary to meet the relevant specifications of Table 6.6.2.
