4.2　Equipment and Materials

4.2.1　Equipment type，specification，quality and quantity shall meet the requirements of relevant technical documents.

Inspection quantity:total number inspection.

Inspection method:observe and check all equipment quality certificate document.

4.2.2　The type，specification，quality，quantity and performance of materials and standard piece shall meet the requirements of design technical document and current national product quality standard.Conduct inspection and acceptance during site entry and form into record concurrently.

Inspection quantity:check full number quality certificate document and adopt 1% sampling inspection which shall be not less than 5 pieces.Carry out recheck according to the specification if the design documents require.

Inspection method:check quality certificate，rechecking report and acceptance record；inspect the appearance or measure physically.
