5.4 Main Driving Device

5.4.1 The backlash,tip clearance,gear engagement contact area,axial drifting of the assembling of reducer with gear seat shall meet the requirements of the design documents.If there is no requirement from the design,it shall meet the requirements of current national standard,i.e.,General code for construction and acceptance of mechanical equipment installation engineering GB 50231.Each part of reducer and gear seat shall be sealed well.

Inspection quantity:30% sampling inspection and not less than 1 set.

Inspection method:check the installation and quality record;inspect with coloring,pressing lead wire,micrometer gauge and feeler gauge.

5.4.2 The contact face between the semi-circle slider of universal coupling and the plug of jaw face or palm end plane shall be even and the total clearance between semi-circle slider and palm end plane shall be within each clearance accumulated scope.

Inspection quantity:total number inspection.

Inspection method:inspect with feeler gauge.

5.4.3 The contact between gear seat top cover and top gear bearing seat top face shall be tighten enough and the partial gap shall be not larger than 0.05mm.

Inspection quantity:total number inspection.

Inspection method:inspect with feeler gauge.

5.4.4 Radial displacement of two axle centers,inclination of two axial lines and end clearances during coupling assembling shall meet the requirements of design documents.If there is no requirement from the design,it shall meet the requirements of current national standard,i.e.,General code for construction and acceptance of mechanical equipment installation engineering GB 50231.

Inspection quantity:total number inspection.

Inspection method:observation,inspect with dial indicator and feeler gauge.

5.4.5 The allowable installation deviation of rolling mill main reducer shall be in accordance with those specified in table 5.4.5.

Inspection quantity:total number inspection.

Inspection method:it should be in accordance with those specified in table 5.4.5.

5.4.6 The allowable installation deviation of rolling mill gear seat shall be in accordance with those specified in table 5.4.6.

5.4.7 The allowable installation deviation of vertical mill bottom drive device shall be in accordance with those specified in table 5.4.7.

5.4.8 The allowable installation deviation of mill main drive motor shall be in accordance with those specified in table 5.4.8.

5.4.9 The center line of the rolling mill main drive motor shall be in line with the mill main reducer(main driving direction)center line.
