3 Basic Requirement
3.0.1 The installation of transformers,reactors and instrument transformers shall comply with the approved design documents.
3.0.2 The equipment and parts shall be with the documents like nameplate,installation and operating instruction,routine test report of manufacturer and certificates,and meet the requirements of the technology agreement in contracts.
3.0.3 As to transformers and reactors in transport process,the impact conditions shall be inspected timely and the records shall be made if the transport mode is changed.
3.0.4 Equipments and materials,once arriving at site,shall be inspected and accepted timely according to following requirements:
1 The package and sealing shall be complete and good.
2 Equipments and materials shall be inspected and check the quantity by opening the cases,the specifications shall meet the design requirement,The accessories and spare parts shall be complete.
3 The technical documentation of the product shall be complete.
4 The appearance inspection shall be conducted according to the requirements of article 4.2.1 in this code.
3.0.5 The technical safety measures shall be prepared for the handling,transportation,erection and installation of transformers,reactors and instrument transformers,and implemented after approved.
3.0.6 The building engineering construction related to the installation of transformers,reactors and instrument transformers shall meet the following requirements:
1 The electrical professional team shall check the elevation and center line of the foundation before equipment foundation concrete pouring and re-check them after the foundation completion.
2 The building engineering quality of structure shall meet the relevant requirements of the current national standard GB 50300 Unified Standard for Constructional Quality Acceptance of Building Engineering.It is also necessary in accord with the special requirements,if any,in the design of the equipment.
3 Following building engineering conditions shall be satisfied before the equipment installation:
1)The roof and floor construction shall be completed without leak.
2)The base course construction for indoor ground shall be completed and the ground level shall be marked on the wall.
3)The concrete foundation and frame shall reach the intensity allowed installation,and the quality of welded units shall meet the relevant requirements of the current national standard GB 50236 Code for Construction and Acceptance of Field Equipment,Industrial Pipe Welding Engineering.
4)Embedded parts and preformed holes shall meet the design requirement and the embedded parts shall be with firm arrangement.
5)The moulding boards and construction facilities shall be dismantled and the site shall be cleaned up.
6)The site satisfying the construction requirements shall be available and the roads shall be clear.
4 The building engineering shall meet the following requirements after the equipment installation and before operation:
1)The door and window installation shall be completed.
2)The indoor floor finishing is completed,the intensity shall meet the requirements and the floor outdoor shall be leveled.
3)The safety facilities like protective fence,net door,and guardrail shall be completed,and the earthing shall meet requirements of the current national standard GB 50169 Electric Equipment Installation Engineering Code for Construction and Acceptance of Grounding Devices.
4)The oil pit for transformer and reactor shall be cleaned up,the oil draining pipe shall be clear,and the boulder filling shall be completed.
5)The installation and acceptance of ventilation and fire proof facilities shall be completed.
6)The construction and acceptance of interior decoration and related supporting facilities shall be completed.
3.0.7 The fastening pieces for equipment installation shall be of galvanizing or stainless steel,and those for outdoor use shall be hot galvanized.The fastening piece for electrical terminals shall meet the relevant requirements of the current national standard GB 5273 Terminals for Transformers,High-voltage Apparatus and Bushings.
3.0.8 The quality of porcelain elements for transformers,reactors and instrument transformers shall meet requirements of the current national standards GB/T 772 Technical Specifications of Porcelain Element for High Voltage Insulators,GB/T 8287.1 Indoor and Outdoor Post Insulators for Systems with Nominal Voltage Greater Than 1000V—Part 1:Test on Insulators of Ceramic Material or Glass,GB/T 8287.2 Indoor and Outdoor Post Insulators for Systems with Nominal Voltage Greater Than 1000V—Part 2:Dimensions and Characteristics and GB/T 4109 Technical Specification of High Voltage Bushing.
