4.6　Project Acceptance

4.6.1　For the quality acceptance for waste heat boiler project installation，the main control items of test batches shall include the following contents:

1　Boiler foundation positioning；

2　Boiler steel frame assembly and installation；

3　Installation for boiler proper doors and holes，part of sealing elements；

4　Installation of ash hopper and dust collection device；

5　Installation of drum and header；

6　Installation of heating surface（economizer，evaporator，superheater）；

7　Installation of de-ashing device；

8　Pressure test for the entire boiler.

4.6.2　The issued certificates for boiler installation shall include the following contents:

1　Records and certificate for concealed project construction；

2　Certificate for ball passing test for heating surface tubes；

3　Qualified certificate for boiler pressure test；

4　Completion certificate for de-ashing rapping system and tests；

5　Certificate for steam tightness test.

4.6.3　While carrying out acceptance for waste heat boiler installation，the following documentation are required to be submitted:

1　Record for equipment open-package inspection；

2　Reviewing record for alloy steel pipelines and pipe fittings；

3　Reviewing record for boiler foundation；

4　Record for boiler steel frame assembly and installation；

5　Record for economizer assembly and installation；

6　Record for evaporator assembly and installation；

7　Record for superheater assembly and installation；

8　Record for drum installation；

9　Checking record for installation of drum internal devices；

10　Installation record for main hot expansion displacement components；

11　Checking record for heat expansion clearance of heating surface；

12　Checking record for safety valve checking；

13　Report for nondestructive inspection for boiler proper welding；

14　Boiler installation supervision and inspection certificate；

15　Acceptance record for subdivisional work；

16　Effective technical documentation list and original documentation for design alternation and substitute materials；

17　The certificates required by Article 4.6.2 of this code；

18　Other required documentation and records.
