6.5　Pipeline of steam turbine proper

6.5.1　Beside the regulations of the provision，the installation of the pipeline of steam turbine proper shall also conform to the related regulations of Chapter 7 and Chapter 8 of this code.

6.5.2　The installation of special auxiliaries shall be in accordance with the following requirements:

1　The steam guiding flange joint shall be symmetrically fastened，and the bolt shall be averagely tightened；

2　Sealing shall be carried out between the inlet steam valve and the valve carrier；

3　The checking and installation of the electrical controlled valves shall be coordinated carried out by personnel of electrical，thermotechnical，and process；

4　The checking and installation of valves of steam turbine proper shall comply with the regulation of equipment technical documentation；

5　The installation of valve actuating device shall be in accordance with the following requirements:

1）The actuating device shall be flexible and reliable，preset enough operation space，where the operation and maintenance of other equipment and the heat expansion of other pipeline and equipment shall not be disturbed；

2）The length of the single actuating bar shall not exceed 4m，and the actuating angle shall not exceed 30°；

3）The actuating device，supporting shaft bearing，direction switching box shall be fixed.

6.5.3　The installation of pipelines shall be in accordance with the following requirements:

1　The pipe interior shall be cleaned when the pipe is installed，and adopt temporary sealing measure to the joint if the installation is interrupted；

2　The drain pipe of at the bottom of the cylinder shall be installed through argon arc welding，the steam turbine expansion and condenser settling shall not be influenced after the pipes are installed，and rigid support shall not additionally installed to the compensator between condenser hot well and condensate water pump；

3　The installation of small diameter pipes，which isn't regulated in design documentation，shall be in accordance with the following requirements:

1）The installation shall comply with the related regulation of the system drawing；

2）There is proper gradient to the pipe with the direction of water discharging；

3）The pipes arrangement shall not disturb the expansion of equipment and pipelines and the traffics；

4）The valve arrangement shall be convenient for operation and maintenance，valves are set under the platform and in the channels，the moving cover plate shall be set around the valves of platform and channel；

5）The actuating device shall be set to the valves，which are not conveniently operated in local，and the installation of actuating device shall comply with the regulation of clause 5 of Article 6.5.2 of this code.
