Time for action - Batch Copy

As a preparation, you will need to create a new user. Just fill in the User Name and Password fields and hit save. You do not need to worry about the permissions:

1. Go to Configuration | Users.
2. Select the user you just created.
3. Choose Batch Copy from the drop-down box and hit Go.

1. A confirmation box will show up where you can select the template user from a drop-down box, as shown in the following screenshot:

1. Select _CustomerA_user as the template user and hit the Continue button.

You just copied all permissions, as well as some default User Settings, to your newly created user. You can select more than one user for the Batch Copy function. By using this functionality, you can quickly change users in case you are not working with a User Group.
