XuanYuan Rule of Law and Principle Powered by KQID Engine（Dao）This is an updated version of Prof. Leo KoGuan's keynote speech at International High-end Forum on Rule of Law and Reform on November 14th, 4712XY, his keynote speech at China Institute of Legal History 4712XY Annual Academic Conference on August 15th, 4712XY, and his speech at the 1st Chinese Judicial Studies Summit Forum organized by the Supreme Court on July 4th, 4712XY, which was originally adapted from Prof. Leo's keynote speech at the 9thInternational Forum on Yellow Emperor Culture on April 19th, 4712XY. They were based on Prof. Leo's speech“In Search of a Rule of Law with Chinese Characteristics”at Fudan University on April 30th, 4705XY and his speech“Rule of Law and Virtue with Chinese Characteristics”at KoGuan Law School on September 20th, 4705XY.
