本案位于天母中山北路上，为少数拥有顶级地段、便利交通、完善生活机能及绝佳景观视野的新建个案，是都会生活中理想的居住环境。低调而洗练的设计语汇，内敛而富质感的材质与色调搭配，形塑空间大气感，彰显出本案的设计重点：精致、生活、家私和艺术极致共容的展演舞台。

1．客厅、餐厅、厨房

由外玄关进入客厅、餐厅区时，入内即能感受到贯穿客厅与餐厅之开放式空间的宽敞与气度，约10m宽的开阔空间视野，呈现大气豪宅气势；接待客厅主墙以洞石搭配线条简练嵌入型的壁炉，钢刷木皮质感的壁面造型，踢脚与天花收边在水晶马赛克与镀钛的点缀下，创造出独有的视觉韵味，也突显出精致的细节处理，铺陈空间的张力与层次感。精致时尚的家具及典藏的艺术品彼此相互辉映，呈现雅致的美学氛围，体现于住宅空间里，与艺术装置亲合互动的设计思维。

开放式的餐厅结合轻食厨房中岛的轴线设计，除了有空间一贯的流畅外，天花板照明设计更以夹纱玻璃材质规划，渗漏出柔和的灯光，搭配齐全的料理设备，不论是轻食或大宴，都能恰如其分地享受美食风味。

2．内玄关（艺廊空间）

于住宅内创造出一个完全独立、完整的艺术观赏空间，运用低调内敛的深色调来衬托艺术画作，从生活美学的角度思索另一种空间样貌的可能性。

3．主卧室、更衣室、主浴室

主卧室的设计维持一贯时尚、舒适的基调，钢刷木皮的展示柜及天花板，搭配水晶马赛克与镀钛的点缀，更再次呈现出主卧室的精致与时尚。

更衣室可收纳行李箱、棉被等物品，抽屉内贴心地设计绒布格，以便男女主人适切放置首饰、手表、眼镜等贵重物品。实用贴心的收纳机能如精品专柜般的品味，反映出优雅的生活模式，所有物品完整分类规划出收纳方式，将更衣室空间机能表现得淋漓尽致。

主浴室以黑网石石材衬托高质感的卫浴设备，镀钛的镜框搭配雪花石壁灯使得整体氛围更显高贵神秘。主浴室拥有双面盆的台面与机能独立的浴厕空间，光线明亮充足，足不出户便能享受HOME SPA。在这样的场域中搭配隐藏式的MINI BAR设计，兼具机能又能保持空间的完整性，为现代社会高度忙碌之人士体贴地提供身心的充分享受。

4．卧房A、更衣室、浴室

卧房A具有温馨、稳重、舒适的空间调性，睡眠区以帘幕围绕出独立、静逸的气氛，同时也界定了与房内专属客厅的空间区域。

更衣室规划衣物与配件的适切收纳，材质上运用木皮表现出细致温润的质感，结合换季衣物收纳的设计，也兼顾实际使用机能的呈现。

拥有完整干湿分离的浴厕空间，洗手台区也加强了坐式化妆台的功能，体现居家优质生活的型态。

5．卧房B、更衣室、浴室

线条干净的空间里，巧妙结合床头与书桌机能，营造出温暖又不失活泼的轻巧质感。藉由天花板造型与间接照明的运用，让卧房的线条层次更加立体，墙面壁纸搭配温暖的橡木钢刷地板，不论昼夜都能有最佳氛围的呈现。

更衣室功能完整且精美，与浴室空间相连接。衣柜设计则采用功能性的设计方式，希望能在有限的空间中做最有效运用的设计。

走入浴室空间，映入眼帘即是大面明镜，内置储物的收纳空间，而原有的建筑管道也巧妙地隐藏其中。而运用大面积的明镜，也增加了空间的张力，创造出极富表情的浴室空间。

 

Located at the Zhongshan North Road, this project enjoys a rare top lot, convenient transportation, perfect living functions and an excellent view. All together complete ideal living conditions. The design language that is low-key and succinct, and the material and color matching that are restrained and full of rich texture, shape a magnificent space and highlight the focus of the project, a stage where delicacy, life, furniture and fine artworks can find their own places and coexist together.

1. The Living Room, the Dining Room and the Kitchen

The outer entrance leads directly to the living and dining areas, where a great tolerance sense exclusive to an open space is strongly felt. The space measuring 10m wide presents a luxurious momentum. In the reception room, the fireplace is built in the main wall, trimmed with concise travertine lines; the wall is textured by steel brush veneer; the skirting and the ceiling edge embellished with crystal mosaic and titanium create a unique visual charm, highlight fine details, and bring out level and tension out of the space. The furniture that is exquisite and stylish, and art collection reflect and echo with each other, showing a refined aesthetic atmosphere and the design thinking. Both are set in a dwelling space, and interact with art installations.

The integration of the open dining room and the axis of the shelf in the kitchen is fluid as usual; and the ceiling lighting design is incredibly planned with yarn-clipped glass, from which the soft lighting leaks out. The range of cooking equipment is necessary to make the right flavor whether for light dishes or for feast.

2. The Inner Vestibule (Gallery Space)

It's no wonder but a little surprising to create a fully independent and complete art space, where the use of deep colors sets off paintings, which is a really good exploration of another appearance of space from the aesthetic point of view.

3. The Master Bedroom, the Dressing Room and the Main Bathroom

The master bedroom continues to maintain the fashionable, comfortable tone, where display cabinets and the ceiling coated in steel brush veneer, and dotted with crystal mosaic and titanium, show a refined and stylish space once again.

The dressing room is capable of accommodating luggage, blankets and other items. In the drawer there are velvet lattices, designed for the couple to set aside valuables like jewelry, watches, glasses and others. The boutique-like taste of such practical functions is inevitable to reflect the elegant lifestyle. So complete is the classification of all items that the dressing room brought out the function to the ultimate.

The main bathroom is equipped with high quality facilities that're set off by black marble, while the titanized frame accompanied with alabaster wall lamps make the overall atmosphere more noble and mysterious. The table board is equipped with dual wash basins while functions of shower and toilet are separate;light there is bright enough, for occupants to enjoy home spa at home. In such a field with a mini bar hidden, spaces are unified, but functionalized differently, and residents therefore can be deep in enjoyment that can slip into body and soul.

4. Bedroom A, the Dressing Room and the Bathroom

The bedroom A is warm, stable, and comfortable. Curtains enclose the sleeping area, make an independent, quiet atmosphere, and define a special area for daily life.

Fully functional and elegant, the dressing room accommodates the clothes and accessories appropriately. Veneers applied are of warm texture. The design takes account of different needs for changing seasons, practical and functional.

The bathroom realizes a complete dry and wet separation. The washing table has strengthened the function of the sitting dresser, reflecting the quality life at home.

5. Bedroom B, the Dressing Room and the Bathroom

Clean lines in this space are skillfully combined with functions of bed and table, creating a warm yet light and lively texture. Ceiling modeling and indirect lighting make lines and levels more three-dimensional. Wallpaper is textured and the steel brush flooring is of warm oak. Both together incredibly present the best atmosphere day and night.

The dressing room is exquisite with complete functions, which is connected to the bathroom. The approach of functional wardrobe design is aimed to make the most effective use of the limited area.

The bathroom space firstly strikes you with a large mirror, inside which is for storage and the original building pipes. The large area of mirror enhances the spatial tension and provides a wealth of expression.
